Jonathan Albarran is a technology executive and innovation leader who has shaped AI strategy at some of the world’s most influential consumer brands. He heads Creative Technologies at PepsiCo Global Design & Innovation, where he integrates cutting-edge technology into creative processes for billion-dollar brands.

At 24, Jonathan joined Beyond Meat from the startup scene, helping establish the company’s corporate systems as it prepared for IPO. After the public offering, he launched Creative Synergy Labs, an innovation and venture studio dedicated to incubating startups, exploring emerging technologies, and fostering cross-industry collaboration.

At 28, he was recruited to lead technology strategy for Planet Partnership, the Beyond Meat–PepsiCo joint venture, and later brought in to head Emerging Technology for PepsiCo Design & Innovation, the company’s in-house creative force.

In 2025, following pioneering work in AI-driven brand technology, Jonathan was invited to join the Adobe Digital Media Customer Advisory Board. He is also a frequent speaker on AI, design strategy, and the evolution of brand experience in digital environments.

Outside of corporate innovation, Jonathan is a pilot and photographer, splitting time between New York and California.
